My name is Walter Breidenstein and I’m the founder and CEO of GasTechno Corp that was formed on November 5, 2024 with the hope and prayers to go public on the NYSE in 2025. It has been a 20-years journey, let me tell you!

Simply to make an honest living, build a family and business, and then go public is a pipe dream, not a planned reality. Those who have been an entrepreneur will understand, or the typical American family understands, as it can be a painful journey.
